Collin Farmer
CEO
Collin Farmer, originally from Grants Pass, Oregon, moved to Utah in 2012, where he met his wife, Ayisha, and they married in 2017. They have one child, Jett. Collin’s journey in IT began in retail technical support, where he quickly learned the value of connecting with people and providing excellent customer service. His experience working for Geek Squad refined his skills in offering personalized, customer-focused support.
Collin then moved on to help medium and enterprise companies scale during periods of hypergrowth. His diverse experience has shaped his leadership style and approach at 42Support, where he emphasizes hiring for personality, empathy, and communication over technical expertise. He believes that while technology can be taught, personal traits like empathy and communication are what truly make a difference in delivering exceptional IT services.
